2025 Bingo Update: February

 

February came and went super quick! I don't feel like it's just because of how short the month was. Today is Ash Wednesday, which I had planned to be the designated start of my first round of 75 Medium for the year. Updates on that as we go! Without further ado, here's where I'm at on some of my goals for this year.. 

Walk 500 Miles

I've started adding in a walk on my lunch break for days that I'm not super busy, it's not crazy cold, it's not raining and it's not crazy hot. Which seems like a whole lot of not much this month, haha. But I'm working on it!

My total mile tracker for the year is now up to 167.6 miles and just as a reminder, I'm going with intentional miles and not just total miles walked because the app is tracking my steps. 

Read 100 Books

Current total is up to 53. This is practically a free space for me at the moment if I keep this pace up. Here's a few of the books I read this month that I recommend: 

Complete 5 Craft Projects 

I completed my first craft project of the year! I saw this diamond painting at the Dollar Tree, and thought it would be a quick fun thing to try. I LOVED doing it! I popped on an audio book, cleared my head and ended up with this masterpiece. 

I couldn't get the key chain on it *face palm* so it's just chilling on my shelf like this. 🤣

My second craft project was this beautiful painting that I did at the adults only night at Blue Zoo for Valentine's Day. Yes, they had some of those items stenciled on it, but I did have to paint it and then added some waves for effect. 🤣🤣🤣

Eat at 12 "New To Me" Restaurants

Added 3 to the list, bringing my total of the year to 9:

Take 3 Fun To Me Classes 

Our Yelp Elite event for this month was a king cake making class. I have taken this class before and my results have always been hit or miss. This time it was a hit! I was able to keep my king cake together, so it didn't come open in the oven, and I think my decorating turned out really nice. 

Sure, if you look close enough it's a *tad* lopsided, but I think I covered it with enough icing and sugar that you can't tell. 😂
