Weekly Check-In

Wow, April is almost over which means I need to get my life together a little bit. While I've had a setback with my ungraceful fall that led to my elbow injury, fingers crossed we have a positive visit with the ortho this week for my follow up x-rays. But enough of that, let's get to the recap.

High:
This one was really hard to pick, but I'm going with the Indie Bookstore Crawl hosted by our four local independent bookstores.

Low: I skipped adult night at the children's museum because I just wasn't feeling it.

Ha: My friend's reactions to just how emotionally invested I got into Fourth Wing. Reading this book became a group project and they were really good sports throughout the whole thing.

Cool Eats: Pasta from Prima Apres (more in a future post) and the chicken salad sandwich from Basel's Market.

Weekly Round Up:

Chase the Fun 1: Yelp Event at Prima Apres

Chase the Fun 2: Indie Bookstore Crawl

Last Read: Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros (a bazillion years later it seems, and I have OPINIONS)

Current Read: None Left to Tell by Noelle W. Ihli

On Replay: Put You First, Alexander Stewart

Watching: The Floor, hosted by Rob Lowe

Obsessing: Googling "how to heal an elbow fracture" like I can get a MD with an ortho specialty via google.
