That's a Wrap for May

It's unofficially summer and we're almost half way through the year! The next couple of months have a lot of trips planned, so I'm not sure how that will effect my Bingo Board progress, but I'll definitely be chasing a lot of fun! So here's a recap of where I stand:

WALK 500 MILES ✅
Scratching another square on the board because we are officially at 527.3 miles! Now it's time to walk 500 more. My book-ish 75, as well as the modified ending of my first 75 medium will help with that. Even when I'm between the 75s, I'm going to do my best to try to keep to the 10k steps a day, knowing that for vacations that may not be reasonable with travel (cars and trains don't make that easy).

I saw these guys on one of my morning walks before work. They're used to people walking or running around the neighborhood because they didn't run off and just seemed super annoyed that anyone would get close to them. There was some medium aggressive quacking done on their end.

As for the rest of our bingo board goals, there hasn't been too much progress made.

CRAFT PROJECT UPDATE: So, no movement here. However, our church has started a crafting club time on Mondays and I plan to take advantage of that. I have bought some coasters to diamond paint and plan to leave those as little happies for people to find on my travels throughout the rest of the year.

SIDE QUESTS: I have not done a really good job at prioritizing these. Making this my new goal for them of June.

CLEAN MY OFFICE AT WORK: This is 100% the plan for the summer. Spend afternoons seriously cleaning my office. It not only needs some organization, but since I have to keep it locked when I'm not in there for security purposes, it tends to get neglected by the custodial staff. So your girl is about to do some vacuuming and dusting as well tossing out a bunch of stuff that's no longer needed.

75 MEDIUM: I have two weeks left in my first 75 medium of the year. I'm trying to plan when to start my second one. It won't be 75 days straight due to the amount of trips I'm taking that would make it difficult to get the workouts in (being on a car or train for 13-14 hours will definitely make that difficult) but I'll probably start sometime in June.

JUST ME ADVENTURES: I was able to get 2 in this month, the highlight being able to get back to Silent Book Club, even thought I'll be out of town for it for the next few months.

ADVENTURES WITH KIDDO: I was able to get in 3 of them this month, and it's time for us to start making our summer bucket list.

GOALS FOR JUNE:
  • Get to crafting! Time to step up my crafting game.
  • Get to the kitchen! Time to find some new recipes to try out.
  • Get to cleaning! My office, the house, my phone ... time to really start to declutter.
